Bid Packet Requirements
The Bid Packet includes forms and instructions for developing a complete bid proposal for Matagorda County Drainage District No. 3. This must be printed, completed, signed and mailed or delivered to the Drainage District Office by the due date on the packet.
The packet must include a completed form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties. See instructions and links below.
Please note, bids are due by noon on December 20, 2022.
Certificate of Interested Parties Texas Ethics Commission (Form 1295)
A governmental entity or state agency may not enter into certain contracts with a business entity unless the business entity submits a disclosure of interested parties.

Step 1
Use the online application process to fill out Form 1295.
Step 2
Print a copy of the form which will contain a unique certification number.
Step 3
Sign the printed copy of the form-only an authorized agent of the Vendor may sign this.
Step 4
File the completed Form 1295 with the District (you may scan and email the form).
Step 5
Complete 1-4 before submitting a signed contract or work order to the District.
